An initial consultation is just a casual conversation to see if we are a good fit to work with one another or if we are a good fit to work with your child/youth. It gives you the opportunity to see who we are as counsellors and for us to see if we can be of help.

Individual sessions are $160 per 50mn.

The sessions are offered either on zoom or they take place outside for a walk & talk.

Or in community for community outreach: your home, coffee shops, out on a walk.

Cancellation Policy:

In consideration of other patients and practitioners, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to change or cancel appointments. This time has been reserved for you and unattended appointments prevent counsellors from seeing other clients. Clients will be expected to cover the full session fee in the case of missed appointments or late cancellations that cannot be booked by another client. Please be advised that non-attended appointments cannot be billed to insurance providers. Thank you for your consideration.

During the initial consultation, we will go over confidentiality regulations.

Nothing is shared without your consent unless you are going to harm yourself, others or someone else is in danger.

Our availability is :

• flexible with some mornings and evenings Monday through Friday

Sessions are offered in both French and English

Most insurances have coverage for RCC and/or CCC. Please check with your insurance.

I offer direct billing to ASD Funding only, other benefit plans need to be submitted by the client.
