I am pleased to offer Community Outreach Counselling, a gentle, flexible approach that brings therapy to you. Much like my Walk-and-Talk sessions, outreach counselling meets you exactly where you’re at—emotionally and physically. Together, we work in a way that feels natural, grounded, and accessible.

I support children ages 4 and up, youth, and parents.

I can meet clients within Victoria, Saanich, and the Westshore.
Please note: Outreach sessions in the Westshore include a small additional fee to cover travel time, and I also offer service to Sooke with an added travel cost.

This service is especially supportive for families facing challenges such as:

• Emotional Dysregulation

• Anxiety & Depression

• ASD and ADHD

• Difficulties with school attendance

• Difficulty limiting screen time or gaming

• Substance use concerns

• Social Struggles

• Identity

• LGBTQ++

• Parent Support

Many clients can receive reimbursement through their extended health benefit plans. Payment is made by e-transfer prior to each appointment.
